We in Arizona like to brag that ours is an extremely fluid society and open political system. You can rise quickly with talent, energy and hard work. You don't have to be "Fourth Generation Society" before you can move up. And to a large extent, that's true. There's still an in-crowd, with just a little more access, a bit of an advantage.
